All in stock items will ship out within 24 hours. Please note that although our website may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. These shipping time frames are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates. Delivery times vary due to many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available. We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address at checkout. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
No Returns and No Refunds Policy:

Once an order is placed, your entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn. We cannot tamper with the entries for the giveaway.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the product. We will require photo evidence of the damage or defect to initiate the resolution process.
